Threadhopping: if it's ok with both parties, sure!
Fourthwalling: uhhh maybe? and ah, Sealand may recognise faces from British and American (maybe even Japanese or Swedish) media. however, I will only fourth wall with Sealand if I see it's okay to do so on your character's permission post. if not, or if that character doesn't have one, Sealand won't be recognising your character.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): uhhh tbh, I can't think of much. I'm not easy to offend. only, no sexual stuff, please... Sealand's just a kid, after all.

Hugging this character: sure! as long as he likes you, he likes hugs from you!
Kissing this character: platonic kisses are good if he knows you well enough! he might not be so thrilled about it, depending.
Flirting with this character: only if it's a little crush or something, and your character is a similar age to Sealand, haha.
Fighting with this character: yeah, he can fight okay, especially if he or his friends are threatened. but he also knows when to run away, I think.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): I'm okay with quite severe stuff tbh - broken bones, etc. only if it's... really near-death stuff, you should talk to me.
Killing this character: ask me first, but chances are: also, yes
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: sure! he's not... often one to think about much he doesn't outright say, most the time. he might try to hide his feelings in certain circumstances though.

Warnings: ah, not a whole lot... Sealand can be a loud, annoying kid at times, and eager to make friends. my apologies if he comes off as overbearing to some.
